Customs

    Lost Packages

    • Contact us if order hasn't arrived within 30/45 days (US/International)
    • We'll investigate and provide a free replacement if necessary

      Order Tracking

      • To check your order status & delivery time, use the tracking number in your confirmation email on our website's "Order Tracking" page
      • Tracking Issues: Contact customer service if tracking no. doesn't work

        Returns / Exchanges

        • Exchanges not possible for printed-to-order items
        • We'll reprint damaged or incorrect product upon review
        • Issues must be reported within 14 days of receipt
        • DO NOT throw away item, it may require shipping to a specified address

        Excluded :
        • On sale items or gift cards
        • Incomplete or incorrect delivery address & info
        • Wrong product ordered (Model, size, color, quantity, etc.)
        • Minor size deviation below 1.5"
        • Used or washed products
        • Products not in original condition or missing parts
        • Orders without official confirmation email
        Non-returnable or customized products as specified on product pages
        • Product color may vary due to monitor limitations

          Refund

          • Processing: Refunds issued upon return inspection, we will notify you once the refund was approved or not
          • If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days
          • Special Requests: Refund requests may incur handling fees
          • Not received a refund: Check bank account first, then contact credit card company, as it may take time to be processed
          • Shipping costs not refunded: Return shipping cost deducted from refund

            Cancellations

            • To cancel an order, please notify us immediately after placing it. We'll try our best, but once production starts, cancellation isn't possible
